Shipping policy

We will ship perishable products within the State of Hawaii via UPS next-day service on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, to ensure they arrive within 2 business days. Any non-perishable items purchased with a perishable item shall be shipped in the same package as the perishable items. We will ship items received before 1:00pm Hawaii time on the next business/shipping day.

Food is shipped frozen, vacuum-sealed in an insulated container designed to keep food below 40 degrees for up to 72 hours.

Rates are calculated directly from UPS.com's website for the package dimensions, weight, and your delivery address and passed through to the purchaser. UPS will provide a tracking number that you will receive by email once we generate a  shipping label for the package.

Merchandise-only shipments shall be shipped according ot the purchaser's choice of UPS or USPS. Most orders will ship within 2 business days of receipt.
