Hawaiian Luau (for 8-12)

Enjoy these four Hawaiian luau favorites at home! Feast on hearty and tender lau lau (pork or chicken, wrapped in taro leaves and steamed for several hours); smoky, fork-tender kalua pig (slow-cooked pork, smoked in our oven with banana leaves and kiawe wood); savory, creamy squid luau (steamed taro leaves simmered in coconut milk with pieces of squid/octopus); and steamed purple sweet potato.

Here is what you will get to serve 8-12 people:

Hawaiian Luaus typically are accompanied by Rice, Potato &/or Mac Salad, and a green tossed salad. Additionally, you may want to add some Poke - fresh cubed Tuna (ahi) seasoned with various sauces (Shoyu, Spicy, Limu, etc.). Some or all of these items should be available at your local supermarket, depending where you're ordering from.

We offer overnight shipping Monday thru Wednesday. Cut-off is noon the day prior for next-day shipping. Orders that arrive after noon on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. 

STORAGE:

To store: Ships vacuum sealed; do not remove from bag until ready to eat. Product may arrive partially thawed; refreezing is not recommended if product has thawed partially or fully. Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receiving. May be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days or freezer 1 month.
